Disa Automotive is a prime manufacturer. Lead times for products change depending upon the parts that will be manufactured. Disa lead times  generally change from 4 weeks to 6 weeks from the day Disa receives the order to the shipment from Disa factory. The transportation time from Disa factory to the final destination is not included in the lead times.

When Disa receives an order, it prepares an order confirmation and this confirmation is sent back to the customers via email. The order confirmation shows the lead time and expected shipment dates from Disa Factory.

Delivery.
 
Disa is very punctual on the delivery times and it has over 98% on time full delivery performance. Disa does not do partial deliveries and ships out all the orders all together.

On the shipment dates, an automatic email is sent to customers informing them about the shipment. This email also has the copy of the invoice and the packing list attached.
