The design process is carried out using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs. The product development department utilizes various 2D and 3D design software, gear design and calculation programs, and reverse engineering systems to ensure high-quality design standards.

Disa Automotive's product and process development team, consisting of experienced engineers and technicians, works continuously to develop new products and improve existing ones. To standardize the production and control steps, operation drawings, tolerances, and special characteristics, the team creates design, operation, control, and process instructions.


Disa Automotive has received a patent from the US Patent Office for its greaseable steering and suspension parts.

The patented design features a uniquely engineered component placed between the dust boot and the body, allowing grease to release through it.

This design provides complete protection from contamination, regardless of the location and movement of the ball stud.
