Our human resources department works towards keeping employee motivation at high level at all times and meeting the requirements and satisfaction of all employees for good working conditions, workplace safety and health, meal, shuttle service, etc. 

Within the scope of industrial relations, the main target is to provide a peaceful and happy working environment for all employees. In addition to the shuttle service, meal and doctor services provided, supplementary health insurance and periodic health checks and many other services are carried out.

On workplace safety, we carry out all kinds of activities required by law and, more imporantantly, to raise the awareness of all of our employees; firstly to protect themselves, then to eliminate possible risks that have been revealed by risk analysis and to ensure the suitability and continuous use of personal protective equipment. We make every effort to ensure that the occupational workplace safety specialist, which is one of the most important elements to provide these, works effectively and that the production unit contributes to these studies in a supportive way.

Continuous training and development of our employees is one of the most important goals achieved by our company. Depending on our quality policy; trainings, which are not only a benefit to our company, but also a social responsibility - which will contribute to our employees in terms of their future jobs - have been implemented in a systematic and planned manner since 2008. We will continue with planned trainings required by the law, occupational safety trainings and technical process trainings specific to our company. Another contribution of these trainings to our company is that it is an element that increases the motivation of our employees because they share their ideas, increase their interaction with each other and have opportunities to develop themselves.

Training is an important step of continuous development and improvement. It also constitutes an important basis for our application of Kaizen - Disa Mind Cube - which is included in our practices. We will continue to implement trainings in order to listen to the ideas and opinions of all our employees and to improve the working conditions and to get feedbacks about how to prevent wastes by eliminating time loss during production or setups.
